  37.    No overscan (grabs at 640x200), 30 fields a second, interpolated
  38. fields for playback, 4995.00 price.  This board is wholely unimpressive.
  39. I have talked to our SuperMac rep on several occasions and have been
  40. given demos of the board.  At BEST it looks like second generation VHS.

  58.   It has nice software because they are leveraging off of QuickTime for all
  59. thier playback.  At startup on the Mac you run an Init (hack) that will cause
  60. all quicktime to be played back and recorded using the boards on board
  61. compression chip.  So anything that uses Quicktime can use this board.
  62. Anything that can edit quicktime can edit these movies.  But its not as nice
  63. as it sounds, the I/O while editing is dog slow.
